Status note
CPSC and Health Canada joint recall of the 2020 Cannondale Treadwell front bicycle rack with bamboo tray (rack can detach and stop the front wheel); remedy is a dealer-installed upgraded attachment. Cannondale's own safety-notice page also lists a Tesoro Neo X Speed hand-brake configuration recall and a Canvas Neo front-fender recall. source (Sep 9, 2020)
How you get service
Sold through authorized Cannondale retailers, and online at cannondale.com with free shipping and assembly to a local bike shop of the buyer's choice for pick-up.. Bicycle warranty claims are handled through an authorized Cannondale retailer; the site has a dealer locator. Gear and accessory claims go to Cannondale Rider Services.source
Warranty
Frames lifetime on models introduced in 2026 and after; Cannondale-branded components and paint and decals 1 year. Electronic systems and other non-Cannondale parts are covered by their own makers' warranties. The page gives no separate motor or battery terms.source
Returns
Bikes bought on cannondale.com: return authorization within 15 days of receipt, in new, unused condition, for a full refund; a re-stocking fee of $175 or 10% of the price (whichever is greater) can apply if the bike is not new and unused. Not available for items bought from third-party retailers.source
