Status note
CPSC recall of about 6,200 Giant Momentum Vida E+ e-bikes (fork steerer tube can fracture); remedy is a free fork replacement at an authorized Giant dealer. Giant also lists the notice on its own news page. source (Jul 10, 2025)
How you get service
Sold through authorized Giant retailers, and online at giant-bicycles.com/us for click-and-collect with assembly by a retailer.. Warranty claims must be made through an authorized Giant retailer; the site has a Find a Giant Retailer locator.source
Warranty
Frame lifetime and rigid fork 10 years for the original owner; Giant-brand components and electronic e-bike components 2 years; e-bike battery 2 years or 600 recharges. Bike must be bought new from and assembled by an authorized dealer (or bought online from Giant-Bicycles.com/us). Third-party parts follow their makers' warranties.source
Returns
Bikes bought on giant-bicycles.com/us: 14 days from receipt, like-new and unused; e-bikes must have under 10 miles. Refunds go to the original payment method after the retailer confirms the return.source
