How you get service
Sold online direct from hovsco.com. The site says "Over 500 Authorized Dealers Worldwide" and has a Find A Dealer link.. Support by contact form and phone; assembly videos on the site. The page does not describe repair shops or service centres.source
Warranty
Frame 2 years. Motor, battery, controller, torque sensor, charger, display, front fork and handlebar 1 year (battery cover is for batteries that do not work). Crank, throttle, pedals, brakes and rear derailleur 6 months.source
Returns
Request within 15 days of delivery, bike under 10 miles and in original packaging. Non-defect returns: buyer pays return shipping, and the page lists both a fee of up to 20% and a flat $100 per e-bike (the page is inconsistent). Defective bikes returned within 15 days get a prepaid label.source
