Sold online direct from mokwheel.com with free shipping. The site also describes dealers where riders can test ride, a flagship store, and a dealer application page.. Phone, email and chat support (Mon to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm PST), assembly guides and a Help Center. The site does not describe a repair or service network or give dealer counts.source
Warranty
2 years covering manufacturing defects in material and workmanship on the unit, including batteries and motors, for the original owner only. Wear items excluded; accessories have a separate 30-day warranty. Paid extended plans are sold.source
Returns
Request within 15 days of receiving the bike, with approval first. Bike must be unused with under 10 miles. A $150 return shipping charge and a 5% processing fee apply (waived if you take a replacement); 5% is also deducted for card processing.source
