How you buy and get service

Sold online from super73.com and through company showrooms and authorized dealers. Showrooms in Irvine and San Clemente, CA, a service center in Irvine, an authorized service center list and a dealer locator. (source)

Warranty

Warranty is per series (PDFs). S-Series: frame, fork and electronics 1 year; battery 2 years or 500 cycles. Original buyer only, with registration and receipt. (source)

Returns

Bikes: unopened items only, with photo proof sent within 15 days of delivery; 15% restocking fee; shipping is non-refundable. Batteries are final sale. (source)

Before you order

Read the return terms for who pays shipping and what fees apply, because those costs can matter more than the headline number of days. Check that the bike's class and top speed are allowed where you ride. Then find out how far you are from the nearest shop or mobile mechanic that will work on a Super73 bike. We compare published policies and have not bought bikes from Super73 for this page.

Bikes we list
