How you get service

Sold online direct from addmotor.com with free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. The site also lists local retailers and showrooms and invites shops to become retailers.. The About page says its showrooms work as local stores, test ride centers and service centers, and that starred states have maintenance service (the state list is on a map image). The dealer page promises ready-to-ship parts and technical and warranty support but gives no count of retailers.source

Warranty

Frame and motor 2 years, battery 2 years for 20Ah packs (18 months for 13.5Ah and 15Ah), controller 1 year, other listed parts 1 year. Original purchaser only, for US and Canada purchases. Consumables and crash damage are excluded.source

Returns

Returns must be approved and received within 14 days of delivery. Restocking fee of 10% to 30% for bikes depending on condition; fewer than 10 miles on the odometer and original packaging required. Buyer pays return freight.source
